Thank you for shopping with hoyPouches. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders for our nicotine-free energy pouches within the United States and Canada. hoyPouches ships only to the United States and Canada and does not offer cross-border or international shipping.

1. Where We Ship
1.1 We ship to the United States and Canada only.

US orders are fulfilled and shipped from our US warehouse.

Canada orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Canada warehouse.
1.2 We do not ship to any other country or region. Orders with a shipping address outside the United States or Canada will be blocked at checkout. If an order with an unsupported destination is placed in error, it will be cancelled and refunded in full.
1.3 No cross-border shipping. We do not ship from the US to Canada or from Canada to the US. All orders are delivered domestically from the warehouse in the destination country, which means there are no international customs steps or import duties for the customer.
2. Order Processing Time
2.1 Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
2.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2.3 During peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotions, or product launches), processing may take slightly longer. Any significant delay will be communicated by email.
2.4 Order changes / cancellation / address edits: You may request a cancellation or an address change up to 2 hours after placing your order or before the order enters "Fulfilled" status, whichever comes first. Once an order has been packed or handed to the carrier, we can no longer change or cancel it. To request a change, email info@hoypouches.com with your order number as soon as possible.
3. Shipping Methods, Timeframes & Carriers
Estimated delivery times below are counted from the moment your order ships (not from when it is placed) and are estimates provided by the carrier. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control.
3.1 United States

3.3 Carriers. We ship using USPS in the United States and Canada Post in Canada. The carrier is selected based on destination and service level.
3.4 Tracking. As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number (sent to the email address provided at checkout). You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
